If you go to "Applied Micro to Present in Boston" the event is accessible there. For some reason I was not able to copy the access to the webcast here successfully.

Listened to the AMCC webcast presented by Oppenheimer in Boston.
I believed the webcast to be positive with a high number of questions being asked (sure is not like a vtss presentation). Almost like there was not enough time to answer all questions and from what type of questions that were asked, seems like everyone is waiting for that one quarter of never ending revenue to occur.
Oppenheimer had better add some communications expertise to their workforce because the audio portion of the call was absolutely horrible. This being a Communications Conference there is no excuse for horrible audio to occur.
phobos, wasn't Vitesse involved with AMCC on a product that has yet to be launched? I also thought that AMCC was to be paying a royalty on that product?
VTSS actually had royalties coming from several places, most to do with switching and security. Many of these IP deals had not yet appeared in products, but MSCC got a real annuity when it bought VTSS.
I like how AMCC is seeing the market... I'll write about this later.
