When you read information in the above article it states:
"To bring further flexibility and hardware platform choice to customers, SUSE is working with several partners to bring SUSE Enterprise Storage to 64-bit ARM powered devices. These partners include Cavium, StackVelocity, Softiron."
I know that I have heard SUSE being a partner with AMCC but I do not see it in the above story at all.

I know. I hate it when the media leaves out AMCC. They generally have no idea of the market, much less the players. It's important for the ecosystem to grow because without any sort of ecosystem, AMCC would have no market in which to gain a share.
