You're right. This is probably symptomatic of the investment community ("smart money") not having jumped in yet with both feet. The problem being that Gopi said before, "This will be the year", and it wasn't.

Whenever I see a story about "investment news", nine times out of ten it's someone selling dubious investment advice. Capital Cube tries to value AMCC on price to book. AMCC is fab-less. Book value is not meaningful. They just don't have the invested capital that an INTC does. AMCC capital equipment is all in Taiwan at TSMC. Price to sales can say much more about valuation, particularly about a company's ability to grow the top line.
