I notice too that short interest continues to decline.

The market seems optimistic on the future of AMCC.

I assume we are now entering the "quiet period" before earnings release, which is less than a month away.

With the depressed outlook on Q2 earnings, compared to past quarters growth. I wonder what type of share price appreciation we will be experiencing, if any.

The news has been very quiet in general. Doing a search on ARM server chips resulted in that one scant article. It is a quiet time of the year (going into the holidays), it is before earnings, power PC products have not concluded their decline just as ARM is ramping, and the estimates from analysts are extremely conservative from a market that is supposed to give INTC major competition in the next couple of years.

Could it be the calm before the storm?
